it maybe a source code problem on the intensafire PIC, did you submit a complaint to BGR MODS?

i have not submitted anything yet. its weird because i bought 3 mods and all 3 have done this. ive tried different boards and re soldered everything multiple times. the first one i purchased worked after i ditched the glue and pulled out the iron. but the next 3 all the same. i thought it was something i was doing wrong and hoping that someone on here would notice or have had the same issues and knew how to fix it.

It's the solder, you have it touching more than just the center point on the sync module, I've seen this many many times before.

You can easily try to scrape away the solder or you can try to remove it with a needle tip soldering iron. The trick is to only, only, have solder on the middle point. If you have it on either of the others, you either cause it not to sync at all or cause it to loop like your controller.
