Sync Button?

I bought the intensafire for the xbox 360 a few days ago, and followed the directions to the letter. After I finished, I tried testing it out, The only problems were that the right trigger wasnt working (Problem Solved), and the sync button wouldnt work. It worked doing its actual job, to re-sync a controller, but it wouldnt work for the mod. Meaning it wouldnt change modes. I also noticed that the controller kept cycling through the different modes, without them working. If you need a picture or video of my glue work, just comment. I would really appreciate it if staff helped me out as well. Thanks!
