I have bought a modded controller form IntensaFirestore and it has been a week now since we ordered, they don't pick up the phone, for answer emails... HELP

Just bought intensaFIRE DIY 8 mode mod for ps3, not working right. I have to press really hard in the middle of the controller to get it to even come on. Taken it apart a few times, the chip seems seated well. But if I push on it it works. Any suggestions on how to make it tighter or something. I've tried taping it. I've tried adding "shims"to the controller on the battery. Nothing works. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
