Question: Do the XBOX illuminating thumbsticks work with ps3 controllers, or do you know of another place or company i could get some from?

The Illuminating Thumbsticks for Xbox 360 are designed to be plugged into the IntensaFIRE v2.0, which is also for the Xbox 360, so they would not be compatible with PlayStation 3 controllers.
Sorry, don't know if any other companies are carrying PS3 ones.
