5th setting steup?

i have been having issues setting up the fifth setting mod. i have tried watching the video but my speakers are broken. if any one can tell me how that would help. thanks

Press right trigger and sinc at the same time when the red light on the player 2 LED is lit up hold down the left trigger for about 25 seconds to get to your desired mode.
