LIMITED WARRANTY

What does this Warranty cover?

BGRmods, L.L.C. warrants that IntensaFIRE, when installed correctly by user, will be free from defects in product component materials. IntensaFIRE is intended for offline use only. Please note, that by attempting to install, altering, or modifying your controller, you may void any warranties you may have for your controller. If you wish to modify your controller with IntensaFIRE, please do so at your own risk. Prior to attempting installation, you may return your IntensaFIRE product, along with the unopened glue packet, screwdriver, and instructions to the address listed below, along with your original receipt within 30 days of purchase of the product for a price refund.

How long does this warranty last?

This warranty lasts for thirty days after original date of purchase. This coverage applies to you, and coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your IntensaFIRE product.

What will BGRmods, L.L.C. do?

BGRmods, L.L.C., at their discretion, will replace or repair the product, or refund the purchase price of your IntensaFIRE product. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, please mail, postage prepaid, a copy of the original purchase receipt, the product (and controller if installed already), and the product's original packaging, including the screwdriver and glue, to:

What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the IntensaFIRE product. This warranty does not cover improper installation, including defective gluing or soldering of the product to the controller. Please follow the installation directions carefully, as BGRmods, L.L.C, its employees, its agents, and its retailers, will not be liable for any damages arising from buyer's misuse or improper installation of the product, including incidental and consequential damages, and such damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
