PLEASE NOTE: The IntensaFIRE products are KITS and must be installed in your Xbox 360 or PS3 Dual Shock 3 controller. Please view the applicable installation instructions and make sure you are comfortable with the installation process BEFORE OPENING the IntensaFIRE kit.

UNOPENED IntensaFIRE kits which have been purchased through IntensaFIRE.com may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges. Return UNOPENED IntensaFIRE kits with a copy of the invoice/packing slip to:
