Illuminating Thumbsticks

Illuminating Thumbsticks for use in conjunction with the Xbox 360 IntensaFIRE V2.0.

There are four different color combinations available:

• Red & Blue
• Red & Green
• Green & Yellow
• Yellow & Blue

Instructions for Installing Illuminating Thumbsticks

1. Connect the wires from the IntensaFIRE board to the LED rings.  The 6 pin connector connects to the IntensaFIRE board, the 3 pin connectors connect to each of the LED rings.


2. Remove the original thumbsticks - lift straight up.







3. Thumbstick removed. The LED ring will lay directly on top of this square housing.







4. Lay the LED ring on top of the housing. Place the WHITE CONNECTOR in this position with INTENSAFIRE logo in bottom right corner.

It is easiest to connect the wire to the LED rings before laying them on top of each housing.  This is also a good time to plug the base of the wires into the connector on the IntensaFIRE v2.0 board.







5. Solder the "C" cutouts in upper right and lower left to attach the LED ring to the housing. (Glue may also be used instead of solder.)







6. Place the clear thumbsticks on the posts and close up the controller, being careful to avoid damaging the wires.




To turn on the Illuminating Thumbsticks, simply hold down your left trigger and tap the SYNC button. Continue holding down the left trigger and tapping the SYNC button until you cycle through to the desired lighting mode.

Each Illuminating Thumbstick kit is sold in a 2 color combination, with a third color created by lighting the 2 colors at the same time. There are 6 intelligent lighting modes possible for maximum customization options:

Custom Lighting Modes:

• Solid color #1
• Solid color #2
• Colors #1 and #2 at once
• Flashes all three colors simultaneously
• Flashes all three colors alternating
• All three colors pulse
