Troubles instaling mod

Hey I need a little help or some sugestions on installing this... I've seen all the videos on YouTube but I just can't get it right! It don't work when I hit sync but when I tap on the chip itself it works!! Any ideas anyone? Feel free to email me at dtim53@gmail.com plzz
