Mode 2? (xbox)

My akimbo modes right trigger only for mode 2. It works pretty good on the rest. But for mode 2 it Litterally doesn't work. Left trigger is perfect speed. Any ideas?

Also anyone know how to set the user programmable mode to the same speed as mode 2?
