Permalink Reply by jhon ritchy on September 13, 2010 at 3:56pm Ok, on the flex board you will see little lines running back and froth from each component on the flex board, these are called traces. Each trace normally is protected by a thin plastic coating, like a wire it can be stripped so you can solder it. Now find the trace that leads to the point you screwed up on, carefully cut away at the traces plastic coating till the copper shows, then solder a wire to that and the other end to the ground contact (where its suppose to go) and your done.
