Yes it is, personally don't play video games much, but me and buddy tried it on his xbox, it's pretty beastly.

What setting did you use it on? if mode 5, what speed setting worked best (1-255)?

From my experience using mode 1 for COD works relativity well for REACH. There are some road blocks however...the needler will NOT fire faster, ironically its slower :P and sometimes the machine gun turrets do the same. On the up side weapons like the DMR, Needle Rifle, and .45 Pistol work extremely well with mode 1. I hope to have a video up by tomorrow (the 16th) showing all the main weapons with the intensafire.
