IntensaFIRE Controller Mods for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3

Fastest & Easiest Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 Controller Mods

Here is my problem, I have glued the intensafire down on my xbox360 controller.  Everything looks good, I have tested the controller without putting it together and it works great.  The moment I put it back together its does this odd thing where is will blink and cycle through all the modes.

Every time I take it back apart and test it it will work.  All the glue points look good.  Anyone have an idea's what could be the problem?

what happened was u messed up ur sync button. that happened on mine. when putting it back together u have to hold up the sync button so it goes over the sync button on the controller board.
Not sure what you mean? Over the sync button. Are you referring to the the button on the controller touching the circuit board button?

If that is the case it looks like its not touching at all from what I can see.
what u do is move ur finger to rb... then u move it to the sync button and see if its stuck. if it is then open it up and make sure its in the right place

Tried that it didn't work either. Its odd, I get it back together and it will work for one maybe to times. Now I can't get mode 1 or 2 now, it goes to mode 3 quickly cycling/skipping mode 1 and 2. I have a matrix controller (the one with the left connection). its started to work better when I hold down the other connect.

Does it need to have glue on both connection or just the one on the left?
you only need glue on the one connection, no more, if you have your controller is officially worthless. Also i recommend using solder, it appears that too many people are saying the glue makes things worse.
Solder fixed the problem, stupid glue.

I would recommend solder if you have this problem.
